Wholesale Policy

This Wholesale Policy (“Policy”) governs wholesale eligibility, pricing access, and ongoing requirements for Hero Medallions (“Hero Medallions,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing this Policy, submitting a wholesale application, or using wholesale pricing—whether online, by phone, or otherwise—you (“Customer,” “you,” “your”) acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Policy, our Terms of Service, and all other applicable policies posted on HeroMedallions.com.

1) Wholesale Eligibility and Discretionary Approval

Wholesale pricing is offered by approval only and may be granted, denied, limited, modified, suspended, or revoked at our sole and absolute discretion, at any time, with or without notice. Approval does not create a continuing right to wholesale pricing.

2) Wholesale Application & Acknowledgment

Customers who are not yet approved for wholesale pricing and wish to apply must complete the wholesale application available at the link below. Submission of the application constitutes acknowledgment that you have accessed and reviewed this Wholesale Policy.

Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. We may request additional information and may approve or deny applications based on internal business criteria.

3) Wholesale Pricing, Product Eligibility & Automation

Wholesale pricing is available on select eligible products only and is not offered on all products sold by Hero Medallions. Eligible wholesale pricing may apply to stock medallions, custom orders, and Custom Ready orders, subject to internal pricing rules.

Certain products, bundles, displays, and promotional items may not qualify for wholesale pricing and/or volume-based or quantity-based wholesale discounts. Product eligibility and discount treatment are determined solely by Hero Medallions.

Wholesale discount levels may increase as your rolling 12-month purchase total grows. Hero Medallions utilizes an internal Wholesale Discounting System that automatically evaluates qualifying purchase activity on a rolling 12-month basis and applies the appropriate wholesale pricing tier directly to your account.

Orders that take your account to the next tier are discounted at the previous tier, if any and are not retroactive to any previous order or to the order that caused a tier change.

Customers who maintain a rolling annual purchase total of $1,000 USD or more will receive the highest wholesale discount levels available for eligible products.

Important Wholesale Pricing Notice: Since wholesale pricing is based on volume spend, customers who have been granted wholesale pricing must be logged into their approved wholesale account before adding items to the shopping cart in order for wholesale pricing to take effect. Items placed in-cart without logging in first are not eligible for wholesale pricing and will be processed at the pricing shown at checkout even if the customer logs in later in the session.
If this occurs, we suggest you delete items from your cart that did not get discounted and re-add them. If your account has wholesale pricing your cart will adjust the pricing as the items are placed in it.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are properly logged in prior to placing items in their cart. Hero Medallions is not responsible for issuing refunds, credits, or price adjustments for orders placed without logging into an approved wholesale account prior to placing items in the cart.

4) Account Review and Proper Use

Wholesale accounts are reviewed daily by automation and may be reviewed manually periodically. Wholesale access may be modified, suspended, or terminated for misuse, suspected abuse, misrepresentation, violation of this Policy, violation of our Terms of Service, or any other reason we deem appropriate.

5) Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Policy, wholesale eligibility criteria, product eligibility, discount levels, and pricing structures at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting anywhere on HeroMedallions.com, this policy notwithstanding unless otherwise stated.
