All content created, displayed, or distributed by Hero Medallions is protected under United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Ownership

The following are the exclusive intellectual property of Hero Medallions, unless otherwise stated in writing:

The Hero Medallions name, slogans, taglines, and brand identity
The Hero Medallions logo, seals, insignia, and branding elements
All medallion designs, concepts, layouts, reliefs, borders, and variations
All custom artwork, sketches, digital files, 3D renders, proofs, and production drawings
All photographs, videos, animations, website content, and marketing materials

This protection also applies to conceptual designs, unpaid mockups, production-ready artwork, and final struck or cast medallions.

Restrictions on Use

No Hero Medallions intellectual property may be copied, reproduced, modified, traced, reverse-engineered, duplicated, or manufactured without prior written authorization.

Unauthorized use includes, but is not limited to:

Using our artwork to solicit quotes from other manufacturers
Producing similar or derivative designs based on Hero Medallions concepts
Redistributing artwork outside the scope of an approved agreement

Wholesale Customer Limited License

Approved wholesale customers are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and publish Hero Medallions products and related imagery solely for the purpose of marketing and selling genuine Hero Medallions products.

This license:

Does not transfer ownership of any artwork or designs
Does not permit reproduction, manufacturing, or modification
May be revoked at any time at the discretion of Hero Medallions

Wholesale customers may not sublicense, alter, or create derivative works from Hero Medallions intellectual property without express written permission.

Custom Orders & Artwork

All custom medallion designs remain the sole intellectual property of Hero Medallions. Payment for a custom order does not grant reproduction rights or ownership unless explicitly agreed to in writing.

Hero Medallions reserves the right to display completed designs for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.

Trademarks

“Hero Medallions,” the Hero Medallions logo, and all related marks are protected trademarks and may not be used in connection with any product, service, or promotion without written consent.

Enforcement

Hero Medallions actively protects its intellectual property. Unauthorized use may result in cease-and-desist notices, termination of wholesale privileges, and legal action to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Permissions & Licensing

Requests for licensing or authorized use must be submitted in advance and approved in writing.

All Hero Medallions designs, logos, artwork, and medallion concepts are protected intellectual property. Ownership remains exclusively with Hero Medallions.

Approved wholesale customers are granted a limited license to display and publish Hero Medallions imagery solely for the purpose of selling genuine Hero Medallions products. No reproduction, modification, or manufacturing rights are granted.

Unauthorized use, duplication, or derivative production is strictly prohibited and may result in loss of wholesale privileges and legal action.
