Welcome to HeroMedallions.com (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or purchasing from HeroMedallions.com, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Our Website

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian to use this website.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

2. Products & Descriptions

• Colors and finishes may vary due to screen differences.
• Minor hand-finished variations are normal and not defects.
• Availability may change without notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice.

By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

4. Payment Terms, Purchase Orders & Custom Orders

• All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.
• We do not accept Purchase Orders (POs).
• Custom orders are non-refundable once payment is accepted. Custom work begins immediately and includes artwork/design time and minting production processes.

5. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed in the order received. Expedited shipping moves to the top of the queue.

We attempt to ship within 24–48 hours when possible, but this is not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to holidays, weather, carrier interruptions, labor issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

BACKORDERED items (if available) may require 6–12 weeks to arrive at our warehouse before shipment. Customers are responsible for adjusting timelines accordingly.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and deliverable shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, additional shipping and handling charges will be required before the order is re-shipped.

Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays, weather interruptions, or third-party delivery failures.

6. Returns & Replacements

• We replace verified manufacturing defects.
• Natural bronze aging and finish variations are not defects.
• Custom orders are not returnable unless defective.

7. 50-Year Limited Manufacturing Warranty

We warrant our medallions to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for fifty (50) years from the original date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover:

• Improper installation or failure to follow mounting instructions
• Standing or pooled water from horizontal or recessed installations
• Irrigation systems, cleaning chemicals, salt exposure, freeze/thaw cycles
• Monument shifting, cracking, or substrate failure
• Vandalism, impact damage, or third-party interference
• Natural patina darkening, coating wear, or cosmetic surface changes from environmental exposure

Bronze naturally develops patina over time. Horizontal or recessed installations may allow moisture or chemicals to accumulate and accelerate surface changes. These are environmental reactions and not manufacturing defects.

Our sole obligation under this warranty is repair or replacement of the medallion at our discretion. Removal, installation, labor, or associated costs are not covered.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in Utah courts.

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Hero Medallions.
