Custom Order Form – If We Don’t Have It, Let Us Create a Custom Medallion for Your Hero

We produce fully custom, raised-relief 3D medallions manufactured exclusively to your approved design. Each medallion is cast in Antique Bronze, Shiny Gold Color, Chrome Color, or Pewter, enhanced with baked-on enamel, and sealed under a heavy-duty clear coat engineered for long-term durability and exterior installation.

Please be specific in the notes section when describing your design. If you are uncertain about layout, wording, or symbolism, provide as much detail as possible. If clarification is needed, our creative department will reach out via email or phone.

Production Timeline:
After final written eSignature approval & due to tooling, casting scale, and finishing requirements, custom medallions sized 2″–4″ require approximately 12–16 weeks (depending on complexity and mint production load). 6″ to 8″ medallions require 3–6 months. Medallions 12″ and larger may require up to 10+ months.

Your Custom Order Includes:
• Three (3) finished medallions for standard round 2″, 3″, and 4″ Custom Orders
• Two (2) finished medallions for standard round 6″ Custom Orders
• One (1) finished medallion for all other sizes and custom shapes

The included quantity is part of the Custom Order and does not reduce the Custom Order price if fewer medallions are needed.

Additional matching medallions may be added to the same production run at standard inventory pricing. When available, select the desired additional quantity directly from your shopping cart before checkout.

Personalized designs (names, dates, badge numbers, ranks, logos, business identifiers, etc.) are typically produced only in the quantities ordered. Once final eSignature approval is completed, quantities and production specifications are locked and cannot be changed.

Production begins up to one week after written eSignature approval is received.

Upon purchase, all submitted information is forwarded to our art department for mockup creation.

Artwork Revisions:
Each paid custom order includes up to three (3) artwork revisions based on the original approved concept. Additional revisions or material changes will incur additional artwork fees. No additional work will proceed until such fees are approved and paid.

After final artwork is issued, you will receive an electronic approval form. Once signed, the design is locked. No artwork, quantity, or specification changes may be made after approval.

Intellectual Property & Licensing:
By submitting artwork, logos, insignias, seals, emblems, trademarks, or other protected materials, you represent and warrant that you own the rights or have obtained proper authorization to reproduce such material.

Hero Medallions does not assume liability for unauthorized use of copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected materials submitted by customers. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hero Medallions and its affiliates from any claims arising from the use of submitted artwork.

If submitted artwork cannot be reproduced because of copyright, trademark, licensing, or other intellectual property restrictions, the Hero Medallions art department will create an original alternative design that reflects the requested theme, concept, or purpose as closely as possible without reproducing the protected material. Any alternative design will be presented to you for review and approval through our normal artwork revision and eSignature process.

Because Custom Orders are non-refundable, our goal in these situations is to work with you toward a legally producible alternative whenever reasonably possible. However, Hero Medallions cannot guarantee that every requested design, logo, insignia, seal, emblem, or other protected element can be recreated, modified, or substituted in a manner that satisfies both the customer's request and applicable intellectual property restrictions.

Original alternative artwork created by Hero Medallions is the intellectual property of Hero Medallions unless otherwise agreed in writing. Hero Medallions retains all rights to such artwork and may use, reproduce, modify, manufacture, or display non-personalized designs or design elements for future products, portfolio purposes, or promotional use.

By completing this custom order and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to all Custom Order terms, including the Intellectual Property and Licensing provisions stated above.

Due to fluctuations in copper, tin, bronze, coatings, labor, and transportation costs, custom medallion pricing is subject to change without notice.
