At HeroMedallions.com, we work hard to ship your order quickly and safely. Below is our full shipping policy for all orders placed within the United States.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing & Fulfillment Times

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday by 12:00 PM (noon) Mountain Time ship the same day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM MT—or on weekends—ship the next business day.

  • We do not process or ship orders on Federal or Utah state holidays.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped through USPS.

Shipping Rates

We keep pricing simple.
HeroMedallions charges a flat rate shipping fee on all orders, regardless of size or weight.

Custom Medallion Production Times

Custom medallions require additional manufacturing time:

  • 2"–4" Custom Medallions:
    Estimated production time is 6–10 weeks.

  • Medallions Larger Than 4":
    Production time ranges from 3 months up to 6 months, depending on size and detail.

Shipping occurs immediately once the custom item is completed.

Order Tracking

All orders include a USPS tracking number, sent automatically when your package ships.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Packages

We stand behind our products and shipping process.
