Shipping Policy

At HeroMedallions.com, we work hard to ship your order quickly and safely. Below is our full shipping policy for all orders placed for shipping within the United States.

Shipping Locations

We currently only ship within the United States.

Processing & Fulfillment Times

  • Except for Express Shipping Orders, all standard orders placed after 12:00 PM MT(MST) are typically filled within 10 working days.

  • We do not process or ship orders on Weekends, Federal or Utah holidays.

  • Because each of our Medallions are made by hand,  CUSTOM OR BACKORDERED items may require a minimum of 12 weeks before shipment. Customers are responsible for adjusting their project timelines accordingly.

Shipping Carriers

All orders are shipped through common carriers USPS, UPS or FEDEX (our choice). We may also at our discretion use other carriers not listed herein.

Shipping Rates

We try to keep shipping prices simple.
Hero Medallions typically charges a flat rate shipping and handling fee on most orders, but may charge more at our discretion on large medallions over 6" or due to economic factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to change shipping policies and pricing at any time and do not have control over the prices charged by our shipping partners.
Shipping prices may not always be posted on HeroMedallions.com as manual pricing can vary from automatic website pricing with our service providers.

Custom Medallion Production Times

Custom medallions require additional manufacturing time:

  • 2"–4" Custom Medallions:
    Estimated production time is 6–10 weeks.

  • Medallions Larger Than 4":
    Production time ranges from 3 months up to 6 months, depending on size, detail and mint load.

Shipping occurs as soon a practicable once the custom item is completed and at our warehouse.

Order Tracking

All orders include a Carrier tracking numbers, sent automatically when your package ships.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends, federal holidays, or Utah state holidays.
  • Because each medallion is handmade, certain items may require additional time prior to shipment.

Custom or Backordered Items:
Custom or backordered medallions may require a minimum of 12 weeks before shipment. Customers are responsible for planning accordingly.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via common carriers including USPS, UPS, or FedEx (carrier selection is at our discretion). We reserve the right to utilize alternative carriers when necessary.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are determined at the time of purchase. Most orders are charged a flat rate shipping and handling fee; however, larger medallions (typically over 6") or special circumstances may incur additional charges.

Shipping costs may vary due to factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to adjust shipping rates and policies at any time without notice.

Custom Medallion Production Times

All custom items ship as soon as practicable after completion and arrival at our facility.

Order Tracking

All shipments include a tracking number, which is automatically provided once the order has shipped.

Any issues related to lost, damaged, or incorrect shipments are handled in accordance with our Return & Replacement Policy.
