At HeroMedallions.com, we work hard to ship your order quickly and safely. Below is our full shipping policy for all orders placed within the United States.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing & Fulfillment Times

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM MT—or— on weekends, Federal or Utah holidays — are typically filled the next working business day.

  • We do not process or ship orders on Weekends, Federal or Utah holidays.

  • Because each of our Medallions are made by hand, BACKORDERED items may require 6–10 weeks before shipment. Customers are responsible for adjusting their project timelines accordingly.

Shipping Carriers

All orders are shipped through USPS, UPS or FEDEX (our choice).

Shipping Rates

We try to keep shipping prices simple.
Hero Medallions typically charges a flat rate shipping fee on most orders, but may charge more at our discretion or due to economic factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to change shipping policies and pricing at any time and do not have control over the prices charged by our shipping partners.
Shipping prices may not always be posted on HeroMedallions.com as manual pricing can vary from automatic website pricing with our service providers.

Custom Medallion Production Times

Custom medallions require additional manufacturing time:

  • 2"–4" Custom Medallions:
    Estimated production time is 6–10 weeks.

  • Medallions Larger Than 4":
    Production time ranges from 3 months up to 6 months, depending on size and detail.

Shipping occurs immediately once the custom item is completed.

Order Tracking

All orders include a USPS tracking number, sent automatically when your package ships.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Packages

We stand behind our products and shipping process.
