Helpful Wholesale Ordering Tips

As Hero Medallions continues to grow, we want to make sure ordering is smooth and easy for our wholesale partners. Below are two quick tips that will prevent most ordering issues.

1. Please Log In Before Adding Items to Your Cart

Our website uses Shopify to automatically apply wholesale pricing based on your account login.

If medallions are placed in the cart before you log in, Shopify may show retail pricing or incorrect totals.

Best Practice:

• Log into your account first
• Then browse and add medallions to your cart
• Your wholesale pricing will automatically display

If you ever see pricing that looks incorrect, simply empty the cart, log in, and add the items again.

2. Making Your Account Sales-Tax Exempt

Shopify automatically collects sales tax unless we have a valid resale certificate on file for your business.

To make your account tax-exempt, we must receive a valid State Resale Certificate or Sales Tax ID form for the state where your business operates.

Once we receive and verify the certificate, we will update your account so Shopify no longer collects sales tax on your wholesale orders.

If you're seeing sales tax applied to your orders, it usually means we don’t yet have a valid resale certificate on file.
